studied opera singing at the Pedagogical Faculty of the Comenius University in Bratislava, but already during her studies, jazz genre was closer to her heart. For 15 years, she specializes in feminine stylistic interpretation of morning-jazz songs of the first half of the 20th century, from significant singers like Bessie Smith, Mildred Bailey and Billie Holiday to bewitching, lowly situated parts sang by Edythe Wright, Nan Wynn, Ella Fitzgerald or Peggy Lee. Sometimes she reminisces on her childhood years spent in the violin class and scratches out a couple of, well let's say, audible tones. Her equipment of the podium of course includes the inherently varied wardrobe that blends authenticly with the period, which orchestra interprets. After all, on the subject of fashion and lifestyle of 20's and 40's of last century, she makes occasional lectures. In addition to singing, with hers indomitable energy of the hurricane, she also goes into dance, graphics, painting on fabric, managing of the orchestra and organizing events and contemporary stylish dance evenings.
